I used the old version of DAItoolset and the old version game patch.
Actually i have two versions of game on different hard drives(One for game, one for extracting). I can extract dlc models (not all) and extracted models have wrong armature bones. After extracting meshes I spend much time to give models a new skeleton.

Thank you for the reply! I've only used the tools with the base game. I extracted the skeleton, one of the dragons and a few objects. Though the quality is quite poor, they're good enough to use as drawing references.
From what I read on the DAItoolset forum, I thought it wasn't possible to extract any content from the DLCs. I would have loved to extract the Qunari bed from the Spoils DLC. Can you tell me what sort of items are available?
